Delivery
We aim to post all orders in 1-3 days depending on how busy we are at the time of ordering.
Although based in the UK we do post worldwide. All orders are shipped tracked and signed for. Postage costs are totalled at checkout.
If a parcel shows received on the tracking number we hold the right to say it has been delivered and not lost. Please check with neighbours and local delivery to see where it could be.
All tracking numbers are provided.

Returns

Cowie Candles does not cover the postage cost of returning goods except in the case where the wrong product is supplied or in case of faulty/damaged goods being supplied.

Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. All returns/exchanges must be approved by email.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
